Chinese visa is a permit issued to a foreigner by the Chinese visa authorities for entry into, exit from or transit through the Chinese territory. The Chinese visa authorities may issue a diplomatic, courtesy, service or ordinary visa to a foreigner according to his identity, purpose of visit to China and passport type.
All foreigners must obtain an entry visa before proceeding to China. Exhibitors are strongly recommended to process the visa application one month before departure from the country of origin. For more information on visa requirements, you can check with the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in your country.
Attention: for several countries like Pakistan, Iran, Syria, Bangladesh and many African countries (Nigeria, Ghana, etc.), we cannot issue the invitation letter. Citizen from those countries should apply for a visa via the Chinese Embassy on their country or via their own Embassy in China.
All the applicants for visas are required to have an Invitation Letter from the Chinese authority/ approved Chinese company. Our company will coordinate issuing the Invitation Letter which will be ready within 7 working days and presented to your company by email.
Upon receipt of this visa invitation letter, the applicant is required to present his/her passport, a recent photograph, a completed visa application form (available from local Chinese Embassy) and forward to the local Chinese Embassy or Consulate for completion of the formalities or use the assistance from a local Visa-service company.
For those wanting to enjoy the visa free transit facility, the key rule here is that the visa-waiver scheme works for transits only, meaning that you're eligible only when you're entering from one country to travel through China before travelling on to another country.
